How do I place an order?
Simply click the "Buy Now" button on any product. A small form will appear for your
delivery details. Once you click "Submit," it will open WhatsApp with your order ready.
Just hit "Send" to start the process with our team!
Is my order confirmed as soon as I click the button?
Not yet. Your order is officially confirmed once our team acknowledges your message on
WhatsApp and confirms stock availability.
Can I add more items to my order after clicking "Buy Now"?
Yes! Just tell our team in the WhatsApp chat if you'd like to add more pieces, and we
will update your order manually.

Are the colors in the photos accurate?
We use natural lighting to capture our hijabs as accurately as possible. However, colors
may vary slightly depending on your mobile or laptop screen settings.
How should I care for my hijabs?
To keep your hijabs looking new, we recommend hand washing in cool water with a mild
detergent. Avoid wring-drying; instead, hang them to air dry in the shade.
What is the size/length of the hijabs?
Most of our standard rectangular hijabs are 180cm x 70cm and 200cm x 90cm. Specific
measurements are listed on each product page.
π Shipping & Delivery (UAE)
How long does delivery take?
Dubai, Sharjah, & Ajman: 1β2 business days.
Other Emirates: 2β3 business days.
Remote Areas: Up to 5 business days.
How much is the shipping fee?
Standard delivery is 10 AED across the UAE. We offer FREE shipping on
all orders over 30 AED.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the UAE. For orders to Saudi Arabia, Oman, or other GCC
countries, please message us on WhatsApp for a custom shipping quote.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Direct Bank Transfers. If you prefer a card payment
link, just ask us in the WhatsApp chat!
Can I return an item if I donβt like it?
Yes, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item
is unworn and in its original packaging with tags. Please note: For hygiene reasons,
inner caps and pins cannot be returned.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We apologize! Please send us a photo of the damage on WhatsApp within 24 hours of
receiving your package, and we will arrange a free replacement immediately.
