At ZAAH, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we are here to help with a smooth return or exchange process.

📅 1. The 7-Day Window

Under UAE consumer guidelines, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To ensure the highest hygiene standards for all our customers, we can only accept returns if:

  • ✔️ The hijab is unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • ✔️ All original tags and packaging are intact.
  • ✔️ The item is free from any scents (perfumes), makeup stains, or pin marks.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, inner caps, hair accessories, and sale/clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

📲 3. How to Start a Return

Since we use WhatsApp for a personalized experience, the process is simple:

Step 1: Message Us
Send a WhatsApp to +971 509069495 with your Order ID and a photo of the item.
Step 2: Verification
Our team will review your request and confirm conditions within 24 hours.
Step 3: Pickup Arrangement
Once approved, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the item from your location.

🔄 4. Exchange Policy

Want a different color or fabric?

  • 🌸 We offer one free exchange per order (delivery charges may apply for the new item).
  • 🌸 If the new item has a higher price, we will send you a payment link for the difference.

❤️ 6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in quality control, but mistakes can happen! If you receive a damaged or incorrect hijab, please notify us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace it immediately at no extra cost to you.

💰 5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be issued as follows:

💳 Credit Card / Tabby / Tamara
The refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)
Refunds for COD orders will be issued as Store Credit (Discount Code) to be used for your next purchase.
