  • 🔹 We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our hijabs as accurately as possible. However, due to different screen calibrations, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.
  • 🔹 All products are subject to availability. We will inform you via WhatsApp if an item is out of stock after you place your request.

💵 3. Pricing & Payment

  • 🔹 All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
  • 🔹 Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) unless stated otherwise.
  • 🔹 For Cash on Delivery (COD), you agree to provide the exact amount to the courier. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in a ban from future shopping on our platform.

  • 🔹 The order is considered legally confirmed only after our team acknowledges the details and you provide final confirmation in the WhatsApp chat.
  • 🔹 We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud or unauthorized commercial use.

🚚 5. Delivery & Risk

  • 🔹 Ownership of the product passes to you once the item is delivered and paid for.
  • 🔹 ZAAH is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or customs delays (for international orders).
